This car was built before 1 January 1973, so it can wear the original black-and-silver plates at both ends as well as the modern white-and-yellow pair. Pick either.

Please read before you order - you get exactly what you type

We print exactly what you type. Please check it before you order - if it is typed wrong, it is printed wrong. We do not correct spelling, spacing or anything else, because the plate is yours and a guess at what you meant would be worse. 8 characters or fewer looks best. Up to 11 will fit, but past 8 the plate shrinks the lettering to make room. Letters, numbers, spaces and the usual punctuation - whatever the number-plate typeface can set. Anything it cannot (emoji, or letters from another alphabet) is rejected, and we will have to contact you before printing, which delays your order. The original black-and-silver plates use the 1930s typeface, which has a few characters the modern one does not.

How it works

Type your plate in the personalisation box when you order. This is a novelty mug, not a road-legal number plate. If we cannot print exactly what you asked for we will contact you before printing - we never substitute something else.
