About an order

Include your order number and we can tell you where it is. Order by 2pm on a weekday, or 10am on a Saturday, and it is printed and posted the same day. UK delivery is free; see our delivery policy for times.

Returns and problems

If a mug arrives broken or wrong, send a photo and we will replace it. Personalised mugs carry your own words, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but they are always replaced if we got them wrong. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
