This policy applies to orders placed on ostrich-designs.com for delivery to an address in the United States.

Where your order is made

US orders are made to order, and printed and shipped inside the United States by our print partners.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are typically produced within 4 working days, and then typically take a further 3–5 business days in transit with our US carriers. These are typical ranges, not guarantees, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout for your specific address and items is the one to rely on.

Shipping cost

Delivery within the United States is free on every order, at this time.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship within the time stated at checkout, we'll notify you and either get your consent to the delay or refund your payment; if a delay runs long enough without resolution, you're entitled to an automatic refund. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at colin@ostrich-designs.com and we'll look into it.

If your order arrives damaged

See our Refund and Returns Policy — email us a photo of the item and its packaging, along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, including shipping. You won't need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

Orders outside the United States

This policy covers orders shipped and delivered within the United States only. If you're ordering from outside the US, see the shipping policy for your own region instead.
