Shipping policy

Every item is printed to order, so please allow 2 to 4 working days for us to make and dispatch your order before it enters the postal network.

Delivery

We ship within the UK, to the EU, and internationally. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your basket. Orders are sent tracked, and you'll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

Outside the UK

For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility; they're not included in the price you pay us.

If your order arrives damaged

Mugs are sturdy but breakages can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email alan@ostrich-designs.com with a photo of the item and its packaging, along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, including postage. You won't need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

Delays

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and destination. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
