These terms apply to any order placed through ostrich-designs.com.

Who we are

Ostrich Designs is a trading name of The A2Z Stores Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11921190, registered office 7 Sheepscar Court, Northside Business Park, Leeds LS7 2BB.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or by dispatch, not before. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we spot a pricing error; if that happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.

Pricing

We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct, but mistakes happen. If we find a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Product variance

Our mugs are printed to order. Screen colours, print colours and finish can vary slightly between the image you see online and the item you receive; this is normal for printed ceramic products and isn't a fault.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You can buy and use the physical product, but you can't copy, reproduce or resell the artwork itself.

Liability

If something goes wrong with your order, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
