A laurel wreath circles a coffee cup, and above it sits the motto in full mock-heraldic seriousness: COGITO ERGO CAFFEINATED. Underneath, smaller, the translation any mug will settle for.
Descartes said the first half in 1637. We take no responsibility for the second half, though it has been true every morning since.
Part of the Latin Mottoes collection, so it sits nicely on the shelf next to the rest of the set.
