Details
Pop-art comic style: bold linework, flat colour and Ben-Day dots, with the line in a speech bubble. A retro comic-book mug that says the quiet part out loud.
A man in a dressing gown, scowling into his mug, denies everything in bold comic-book capitals: GRUMPY? ME? PERHAPS.
Drawn in proper 1960s pop art style, flat primary colours and Ben-Day dots, like a panel torn straight out of a comic. The whole scene wraps right around the mug, character on one side, speech bubble on the other, so it reads whichever way it's picked up.
For whoever refuses to confirm or deny being difficult before their first cup.
Size and capacity
11oz (325 ml) ceramic, glossy finish.
Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The print
Printed on both sides. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top of it.
