Details
A small yawning face sits inside a laurel wreath, framed in a mock-heraldic banner. Above it, large and solemn: MEMENTO MORI. Beneath, smaller, the translation this shop actually stands by: remember, mornings.
The real phrase has been telling people to remember they'll die since at least Roman times. This one has narrower concerns.
Part of the Latin Mottoes (Loosely Translated) series, so it sits happily on the shelf next to the rest of the set if you're building a collection.
Printed on both sides, so the banner reads correctly whichever way the mug is turned.
Size and capacity
11oz (325 ml) ceramic, glossy finish.
Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The print
Printed on both sides. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top of it.
