An alarm clock mid-smash, bells flying off in every direction, set diagonally across the mug like it's already too late to stop it. Above it, the whole retirement in four words: RETIRED. FUCK THE ALARM CLOCK.
It's a genuine old line, the sort retirees have been muttering to themselves for decades, long before anyone put it on a mug. Someone finally did.
