Details
DUM SPIRO, SPERO sits large across a mock-heraldic banner, a steaming cup tucked beneath. The proper translation gets swapped out for something closer to a Monday morning: while I sip, I cope.
Virgil wrote the original line nearly two thousand years ago, and it has been on shields, flags and mottoes ever since. This version is for the school run, the inbox and the school run again.
Part of the Latin Mottoes (Loosely Translated) collection, and it pairs with the rest of the set if you fancy a matching shelf.
Size and capacity
11oz (325 ml) ceramic, glossy finish.
Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The print
Printed on both sides. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top of it.
