Details
Pop-art comic style: bold linework, flat colour and Ben-Day dots, with the line in a speech bubble. A retro comic-book mug that says the quiet part out loud.
A shrugging woman, a glass in each hand, and the only sensible reply: WINE NOT? Bold black outlines, comic-book dots, straight out of a 1960s panel.
The whole scene wraps right around the mug, so the shrug and the speech bubble meet you wherever the handle lands.
For anyone who has ever needed an excuse and settled for none.
Size and capacity
11oz (325 ml) ceramic, glossy finish.
Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The print
Printed on both sides. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top of it.
