Details
Pop-art comic style: bold linework, flat colour and Ben-Day dots, with the line in a speech bubble. A retro comic-book mug that says the quiet part out loud.
A woman lowers her sunglasses, one eyebrow doing most of the work, and delivers the line straight into a speech bubble: Darling, I've forgotten more than you know.
Drawn like a lifted panel from a 1960s comic, bold black outlines, cadmium yellow and cherry red against cobalt blue, with proper Ben-Day dot shading. The whole scene wraps right around the mug, so the line follows the handle round rather than sitting flat on one face.
For the woman who has heard it all before and isn't about to summarise.
