"Away, you three-inch fool!" set inside an ornate parchment scroll frame, corner flourishes and all, with a small ornate ruler tucked beneath it.
Straight out of The Taming of the Shrew, printed on glossy white ceramic. There's a particular someone this fits rather precisely.
