Three lines of worn, condensed capitals: RUNNING ON FUCK ALL SLEEP, the last word thinning out until it nearly disappears. Above it, an eyelid propped open with a toothpick, eye bulging, doing all the talking.
For whoever is up at 3am with a newborn, or clocking off a night shift and still not sleeping. No metaphor needed, the eyelid says it plainly.
