Details
A small sugar bowl, a tiny heart, a spoon tipped mid-stir, and above it the line that gives the game away: love and scandal are the best sweeteners of tea. The quote is Henry Fielding's, first printed in 1751, which makes this mug older gossip than most of what goes in it.
Part of the Tea Verse set, so it sits well next to the others from the same collection on the same shelf.
Size and capacity
11oz (325 ml) ceramic, glossy finish.
Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The print
Printed on both sides. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top of it.
